Patient Reference Group

A PPG is a group of volunteers who are patients at a surgery who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience to improve the service. Any patient over the age of 16 can join. We meet in person at the practice every 6 months, to update of any changes, and exchange views. We then share minutes of the meetings to members who are unable to attend in person.

If you are interested in joining the group, you can pick up a form in reception at Front Street surgery or the Copmanthorpe branch, or sign-up online.
