The practice has a fledgling patient participation group (PPG) so that patients have the opportunity to give their views on the services provided, changes that could be made to existing services or if there are any new services that the surgery could offer.
The aim of the group is to exchange views, participate in practice surveys, raise areas of concern and we can consult from time to time by mail or email. If you don't have an email address, we can correspond by post. The only stipulation is that you are a registered patient at Front Street Surgery aged over 16 years.
If you are interested in joining the group, you can pick up a form in reception at Acomb or Copmanthorpe.
